Powder Coatings

Powder coatings provide a beautiful and durable finish, superior corrosive protection and can be used on a wide variety of metal parts. Cured at higher temperatures than many wet coatings, the result is a generally tougher, and chip resisting coating providing both a decorative and protective finish. As product and furniture designers move away from standard square and rectangular shapes to more elliptical forms, rounded corners and contoured edges powder coatings are being used more and more.

ROLLO'S POWDER FORMULATIONS:
  • Flexible, excellent corrosive/wear resistance, smooth. For Interior use as they can be altered by weather conditions.
  • Hybrid used in the same applications as epoxies particularly when slight improvement in weathering and overbake stability is required. and oil filters
  • Nylon: Extreme wear surfaces, maximum flexibility. Dielectric Properties, clean room approved. Outstanding tensile strength.
  • Polyester: Durable attractive finish for exterior use. High quality resists weathering.
  • Polyurethane: Smooth film, cost effective, exterior use.
  • TGIC Polyesters: Durable attractive finish for exterior use. High quality, resists weathering.
  • Urethane: Smooth film, cost effective, exterior use.
ELECTRO STATIC SPRAY POWDER COATING

Most durable finish and excellent for thin coatings (.001"-.010" in thickness). Wide range of stock colors, glosses and textures. Masking capabilities, spraying process.

AUTOMATED POWDER APPLICATION
